Bob Compton has made a deal.
The executive producer of the controversial education documentary, Two Million Minutes, has partner with ED In ‘08, a nonpartisan campaign for Strong American Schools.
ED In ‘08 will sponsor screenings of the film across the country beginning in January of 2008.
Barack Obama was the first presidential candidate to see the film. I’m delighted that this movie will be shown to voters and candidates in an effort to move education–and education reform–to the top of the list of priorities to be addressed in the upcoming election year.
